Laksa Johor is a very popular hawker’s dish in South Malaysia. A dish that’s full of flavors – slightly creamy soup infused with coconit milk and blending in the spiciness of chilli and fragrance of spices.NO MSG, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORING, HALAL CERTIFIEDIngredients :Chili Boh, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Salt, Sugar, Lemongrass, Ginger, Galangal, Laksa Powder (Contain Shrimp), Natural Prawn Powder (Contain Shrimp), Garlic, Torch Ginger Flower, Turmeric, & Shrimp Paste (Contain Shrimp).Cooking Instructions:1) Pour boil water in a pot. Boil noodles, bean sprouts, shell, prawn, fish ball, fish cake and bean puffs in hot water separately. Drain away water and put it aside.2) Add IKAN BRAND Traditional Laksa Johor Paste to a cooking pot and pour in 800ml (4 cups) of water. Cook until boiling then add in 1 bowl (200 ml) of coconut milk, reboil again.3) Prepare a bowl and put some noodles, bean sprout, prawn, fish ball and fish cake. Pour some prepared Laksa Johor soup and put some laksa leaves into it. Serve while it hot.
