Get your parcels delivered safely and on time

A kind reminder to place your orders early to avoid delays during the busy holiday period. 

Also consider the following to avoid unnecesarry stress including theft, lost or delayed parcels.

- Get your parcels delivered to an attended work address.

- For home addresses, make sure someone is home to receive them.

- Make your delivery instructions clear, and ask for parcels to be left somewhere not visible to the public such as the front door, or on top of a building post box.

- Consider choosing a friend's address where they will be home.

- If you have a PO Box address, this is the safest way to collect your parcel.

- Dispose any packaging so passers-by can't see what you've been buying.

- Report any suspicious behaviour to Police - eg. If you see a car following a courier van, or an unexpected visitor knocks on your door asking for someone you don't know.
