Hainanese Chicken Rice is a ‘must try’ dish in Singapore and Malaysia. It is the rice which serves together with steamed chicken with the fragrance of ginger and onion. This paste can also be used to marinate chicken before steaming.

Ingredients:

Onion, Garlic, RBD Palm Olein, Ginger, Lemongrass, Salt and Chicken Stock Powder (Contains no MSG). Galangal, Sugar, Sesame Oil (Contains Sesame Seeds)

Cooking Instructions:

1) Wash 600gm rice and add in 1 packet IKAN BRAND Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste into rice cooker and stir until paste dissolve cook it until cooked.

**Paste can be used to marinate chicken or to cook chicken soup.
