Vegetarian Curry is for pure vegetarians who do not consume garlic and onion. Variety of vegetables are to be added and the natural sweetness of vegetables will make the dish more delicious.

Ingredients:

Edible Oil, Chili, Curry Powder, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Ginger, Salt and Sugar.

Cooking Instructions:

1) Veg fish 500gm, vegetable 100gm: lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal, water 400ml (2 cups), fresh thick coconut milk 200ml and 1 packet NATUVE Vegetarian Instant Curry Fish Paste .

2) Stir fry paste until fragrant. Add in water, veg fish and vegetables, cook until boil. Stir in coconut milk, simmer over low heat cook until fish is cooked.
