Fried Chicken Flour is a ‘must use’ flour before frying chicken or any seafood. It is used to coat the meat and to develop a crisp coating.NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORING, HALAL CERTIFIEDIngredients:Wheat Flour, Starch, Cornflour, Salt, Seasoning, MSG, Pepper Powder.Cooking Instructions:1) Wash clean 1kg of chicken wings or drumsticks thoroughly.2) Marinate chicken wings or drumsticks with salt and light soy sauce and add two eggs. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. After that add a packet of IKAN BRAND Crispy Fried Chicken Flour and rub evenly.3) Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry chicken until cooked and golden brown.
