PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ingredients :Shallot, Lemongrass, Chili, Spices, Ginger, Sugar and Salt.
Cooking Instructions:To Steam :Steam 600g of fish for 10 minutes. Pour away water in the plate. Pour in 1 packet  IKAN BRAND  Thai Style Steamed Fish Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes)To Fry :Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with  1 packet  IKAN BRAND  Thai Style Steamed Fish Paste for 15 minutes. Continue cooking until seafood is cooked.
