Rendang is a traditionally spicy meat dish, slowly simmered with coconut milk and spices till the meat becomes tender and gravy has been absorbed.

Ingredients:

Chili, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemongrass, Ginger, Curry Powder, Garlic, Salt, Shrimp Paste (Contains Shrimp), Kurma Powder, Sugar.

Cooking Instructions:

1) 1 packet IKAN BRAND Instant Rendang Paste, chicken or meat 1.2kg, water 100ml (1  cup), thick coconut milk 200gm.

2) Stir fry chicken or meat with IKAN BRAND paste over low heat until aromatic. Add water and coconut milk to simmer until chicken is tender and gravy become thicker. (Approx : 30 minutes)
