The strong lemongrass taste you can ever find in portuguese paste whereby it suits perfectly with any seafood and make your dish heavenly taste.NO MSG, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORING, HALAL CERTIFIEDIngredients:Chili, Onion, Lemongrass, Sugar, RBD Palm Olein, Salt & Shrimp.
Cooking Instructions:
To Steam :Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND sauce. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes)
To Fry :Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND sauce for 15 minutes. Continus cooking untill seafood is cooked.
