Nyonya Sauce is a result of blending Chinese ingredients with various distinct spices and cooking techniques used by the Malay community. It has similarly tangy, aromatic and spicy taste. No added MSG, No artificial colouring, Halal Certified

Ingredients: Chili Boh, Onion, Tomato Sauce, Sugar, Soybean Paste (Contains Soybean), Tamarind Juice, RBD Palm Olein, Torch Ginger Flower, Lemongrass, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Chili Powder, Turmeric, Galangal

Cooking Instructions:To Steam: Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes.(Approx: 15 minutes)To Fry: Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn/ Squid/ Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND paste for 15 minutes until cooked.
