Ingredients:Chilli, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Lemongrass, Curry Powder, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Turmeric, Sugar, Chilli Powder, Shrimp Paste, (Contains Shrimp), Kurma PowderCooking Instructions:1) Chicken/meat/fish 1kg, potato 200g, water 400ml (2 cups), thick coconut milk 300gm and a packet of IKAN BRAND Instant Fish Curry Paste.2) Mix Curry Paste together with chicken/meat and potato in a pot, cook till aromatic. Pour in water then bring to boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Use low heat cook until chicken/ meat is tender. (Approx. : 20 minutes)
