It is sour, fiery hot and tastes extraordinary satisfying.NO MSG, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORING, HALAL CERTIFIEDIngredients:Chilli, Tamaring Juice, Sugar, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Lemongrass, Torch Ginger Flower, Salt, Natural Mackerel Fish Powder (Contains Fish) Garlic, Galangal, Turmeric, GingerCooking Instructions:To steam :Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx : 15 minutes)To fry : Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND Assam Style Fish Paste . Add in 200ml water (1 cup). Continue cooking until boil and serve hot.
