Simply boil, pour into moulds and chill in refrigerator.  Add fruit into moulds as an option.  

Ingredients: Sugar, Carrageenan, Honey Melon Flavouring, Malic Acid, Permitted Food Colouring (Tartazine E102, Sunset Yellow E110, Brillian Blue E133).
