If spending over $3000 - $9000 is out of reach for you or your loved ones, consider a more economical option.  Although it is not comparable to high end medically approved devices, it will immensely help the aid of hearing impairment for those with hearing loss.

This can be used with, or without the bluetooth function.  Start by switching the unit on, and set the dial to 1.  Place the aid into the ear canal and rest the unit behind the ear.  It is normal to hear raining feedback in the background.  Slowly adapt to the surrounding noise.  Should volume require adjusting, move the dial in singular increments.

To enable bluetooth (to connect to phones, tv and other smart devices), press and hold the M button which then the unit will emit dual flashing colours.  Search for "160BT" on your phone or other smart device to pair.
